Schedule of Shows

Saturday, February 15, 2020; Kickoff the Season Show
Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

The mild winter on the East Coast of the United States continues … and no destination has benefitted from it more than Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

There has been, virtually, no interruption in the golf season this winter in Myrtle Beach. That has left the golf courses in excellent condition … and bustling with golfers who have made quick decisions to take advantage of the mild temperatures. The thermometer hit 70 a number of days this past week, and that has golf course operators along the Grand Strand smiling.

With March looming around the corner, Myrtle Beach is preparing for its peak golf season. GolfTalk Live host Tony Leodora has been cruising the Grand Strand talking to anyone and everyone about the state of the golf industry in the area.

His major interview this week is with Claude Pardue, president of the Mystical Golf Group, and owner of three popular courses in the heart of Myrtle Beach – Wizard, Witch and Man O’ War.

He also checked in with one of the newest fulltime residents of the Myrtle Beach area – Charlie Rymer, the former PGA Tour player and Golf Channel analyst who now works as an official ambassador in America’s Golf Capital.

In the monthly Putting Corner segment, Leodora checks in with Dave Hamilton, co-founder of The Putting Arc.
