Schedule of Shows

Saturday, January 18, 2020; PGA Merchandise Show – Preview Show – Orlando, FL

It’s a tough and lonely job … but somebody has to do it. Next week is the annual PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando – the Super Bowl of the golf industry.

And the week prior to this golf extravaganza, everyone in the golf industry is busy preparing for it. And that includes yours truly, Tony Leodora, host of GolfTalk Live.

He has lined up interviews, researched new products and mapped out the strategy of marching the miles of aisles at the PGA Show.

But, in all honesty, he also has been playing plenty of golf during a stretch of Chamber of Commerce weather in Florida. That included a stop at Pelican Pointe Golf and Country Club, site of the current episode of the Traveling Golfer television show. General manager Tom Weaver, also preparing for next week’s visit to the PGA Show, took at moment behind the GolfTalk Live microphone.

Tony will report on some of his exploits, air a related Putting Corner interview with Dave Hamilton and even take a look ahead at Phillies spring training by airing an interview that producer Eddie Caiazzo did with John Brazer, the official Director of Fun and Games for the Phillies.

It should be an interesting show. Ooops, time to re-apply the sunscreen.
